Shipping

We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.

Standard shipping is $9. Orders of $60 or more ship free, after discounts are applied.

Orders ship from California within 2 business days, and arrive 2–5 business days after that — sooner out West, longer toward the East Coast. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses yet — and not outside the U.S. yet either.

Need to change an address or cancel? Write to hello@ondoseoul.co before your order ships and we'll take care of it. Once it's on its way, we can't reroute it.

If a package arrives damaged or something's missing, write to hello@ondoseoul.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of what arrived and the box it came in. We'll review the photos and send you a replacement. Please hold on to everything until then, in case we need it back.
